Why join the Club "DOMU&POSADA" ?


WHY?

1  it promotes all the initiatives which tend to enhance the quality and the typical qualities of the associated accomodating facilities (a better position and a stronger commercial strength);
2  it strengthens the marketing activities, promotion and communication of the touristic offer on the territory opening touristic information offices and livening the heart and the areas which have a potential in tourism development (distributed premises of the Product Club);
3  it dialogues with the individual demands and with intermediation (it offers major guarantees of quality and consumer protection);
4  it creates conventions with all the operators (for e.g. commercial operators, artisans, bank institutes, public and private organizations, companies, cooperatives, ecc.) in order to allow the members to enhance the quality and typicality of the product and/or the service offered and consequently, the respect of the standards listed in the Specifications of the CLUB.
5  it manages common services and actions, directed to facilitate the activities of the associates towards the consumers/tourists (it proposes a wide range of offers, circuits, and itineraries or holidays with a variety of options to choose from.
6  it organizes meetings, initiatives, and exchanges of experiences with other promoters who work at regional, national and international level (for e.g. fairs, workshops);
7  it implements a quality system and anything which is considered to be useful in order to encourage the growth of the quality level of the services offered by the associated firms (for e.g. improving the professionality of the members, updating and qualifying them with highly specializing quality courses).


Conditions to join

To join it is necessary to:

1. make written request to the Club using THE PRE-ACCESSION FORM  that you can download from the resources listed at the bottom of this page. The PRE-ACCESSION FORM must be completed in all its part, signed (handwritten) and accompanied by a valid authorization of exercise for Bed and Breakfast/ Guesthouse's  released by the appropriate agencies.

2. commit to the Specifications and the Contract.
3. constantly verify the level of satisfaction of the guests.


If there are any bed and breakfast or guesthouse in your Council which have not yet joined the Club, we would like to encourage you to contact them and verify with us if they have the requirements listed on the Specifications. If the answer is yes, they will also be able to have the advantages and services offered by CLUB DI PRODOTTO "DOMU&POSADA".
